Take Control of Your Health
Fitness that makes S.E.N.S.E.
What habits do the fittest people possess that you don’t?
Look away from the one-size-fits-all training plans and fitness gimmicks. In order to achieve your best physique and total body wellness you must address all areas of your life, not just diet and exercise. In my program I address what I believe to be the 5 core areas of health to take you to your best, not only on the outside but on the inside as well. To achieve your goal of getting fitter you must embody the lifestyle of the person you want to become. Once these habits have been built your body will change naturally. I will demonstrate to you what these lifestyle habits look like and help you adopt them in all areas of your life.
-
Strength
A strong individual is a balanced one. Many people avoid strength training because they are intimidated by gym culture or don’t want to “bulk up.” This is a huge mistake. Strength isn’t just for bodybuilders. Proper joint stability and mobility lay the foundation for effective daily movement and help ease simple aches and pains that can lead to injury if overlooked. Functional strength is necessary for healthy aging and metabolic health in all individuals, and is key for a proper exercise program.
-
Endurance
Endurance comes in many forms. It’s not just physical but mental as well. An individual who can endure is not just one who can run fast or far, but one who can roll with the punches of life successfully and keep moving forward. Mental endurance that is built through challenging oneself progressively over time can be utilized in all areas of life, making you a more resilient individual.

Nutrition
The training we do isn’t complete if it’s not supported by an intelligent nutrition program. Healthy eating habits are arguably more important than exercise when pursuing health and wellness. Throw away the fad diets because they do not work. A sustainable healthy eating routine is possible without the fluff and I will help you find the one that’s right for you. Learn More

Sleep
The unsung hero of a healthy body. Getting enough quality sleep is the cornerstone of any balanced individual. Sleep quantity is important, but even more so is the quality of your sleep. Many people unknowingly have negative habits that are secretly destroying their sleep quality. I will help you identify these and fix them so you will feel more energized and positive than ever before.

Enjoyment
A healthy body cannot be achieved without an optimistic mindset. Your fitness goals will not be achieved through force or sheer willpower, but rather a positive relationship with food and exercise. Who do you want to become and what does that person’s lifestyle look like? These behaviors need to be identified and built into your personal lifestyle, and for this to happen you must appreciate the process and always look for growth. I will help you choose exercise modalities and nutrition habits that are sustainable and enjoyable. Only then will you truly enjoy the process and see lasting change.
